These Chocolate Burgers Are Perfect for Valentine's Day!

The Oak Door is a steakhouse located on the sixth floor of the hotel, and for one month only this February its menu will be home to chocolate burgers that are perfect for Valentine's Day. Of course, you can also enjoy this fun dessert as part of a regular afternoon tea!

The “Mr. & Mrs. Chocolate Burgers” (¥2,200) are designed to look like a man and a woman, and each burger has its own unique flavors. The gentleman chocolate burger features a chocolate-coated marshmallow and fresh strawberries sandwiched between a brioche bun soaked in orange liqueur. The combination of crisp brioche and soft marshmallow is out of this world.

The lady chocolate burger features pistachio ice cream, fresh raspberries and blueberries, raspberry sorbet, and vanilla cream sandwiched between a brioche bun soaked in amaretto, rich with the sweet aroma of almonds. The pistachio ice cream and berries are a match made in heaven.

These burgers come with slices of cinnamon-flavored pie that look just like French fries for a photogenically cute finish!
