The anime Blood Blockade Battlefront began broadcasting in April and has become one of the most popular anime of the spring season. Things are already heating up in the anime for its climax and fans can’t take their eyes off it.
A street wagon shop for the series will be coming to Tokyo Station. It will be open from June 16 to July 31 and located along the main northern thoroughfare of Tokyo Station on the first underground level of the Uesu North Entrance.
Though various popular products have been developed so far, this will be the first character pop-up store for the series. The shop will be a street wagon themed after Blood Blockade Battlefront. The shop will offer merchandise related to the series as well as exclusive merchandise. There will also be life-size cutouts of Klaus and Sonic.
A prize lottery titled “Welcome to Libra” will also be held at the shop. The three prize tiers—A, B, and C—include acrylic keychains, tin badges, and postcards, respectively. They feature many popular characters from the series, beginning with main character Leonardo and including Zapp, Steven, and others. Entries cost 420 yen each, and each entry yields a prize.
Another special event for Blood Blockade Battlefront has also been confirmed. The special event “Libra Japan Branch Welcome Party” will feature performances from the wonderful cast including Rikiya Koyama, Daisuke Sakaguchi, Kazuya Nakai, Mitsuru Miyamoto, Yu Kobayashi, Yuma Uchida, and Rie Kugimiya. It will be held at Yomiuri Hall on Oct. 4. Due to the series’ high popularity, each event will likely cause a big stir.
