The episode begins with Ayase consulting Kyosuke regarding Kirino neglecting her because she becomes too obsessed with a certain romance simulation game. Ayase dislikes Kirino’s interest in anime and games, but Kirino is still important to her so she is trying her best to compromise bit by bit. Kyosuke tries out the game to try and help out Ayase by getting Kirino to pay attention to her more, but he ends up getting obsessed with it himself! After finding out, Kyosuke gets an earful from an angry Ayase, who becomes even more angry almost to the point of becoming yandere when she realizes that the main character in the game resembles her and that Kyosuke makes her say lewd things. Kyosuke, trying to save his skin, explains to Ayase the importance of him playing through the game to fully understand it, and the airhead Ayase reluctantly listens, albeit confused by the whole situation.
Ayase then turns to Kyosuke’s childhood friend, Tamura Minami, for advice on the situation. However, Minami goes at her own pace and is a bit of an airhead herself. As usual, the outcome that follows is anything but expected...
