The latest information has been revealed for the new spring 2016 TV anime Endride. It will broadcast late night on Nippon TV from April to September. Well-known manga artists Nobuhiro Watsuki and Kazushi Hagiwara are participating on the anime as original character designers. The main cast has also been announced, and a splendid lineup has been gathered to color the anime’s original story, including Kensho Ono and Toshiki Masuda.
Endride is a fantasy adventure in which average middle school student Shun Asanaga finds himself lost in Endra, a world beneath the earth. There he meets the Prince of Endra, Emilio Langheim, and his fate takes a sharp turn.

Other members include actress Karen Miyama, who has experience performing in TV dramas including Boku to Kanojo to Kanojo no Ikiru Michi, as heroine Alicia, and playing Fararion who is always by Alicia’s side is Ayaka Ohashi from Idolmaster: Cinderella Girls.
A talented staff has also been assembled that includes as director Keiji Gotoh of Kiddy Grade and Sengoku Collection fame and as series composer Touko Machida of Show By Rock!! and Lucky Star fame. Producing the anime is Brain’s Base, the studio behind Natsume’s Book of Friends and Rin-ne.
