Tamako Market is an anime by Kyoto Animation which is currently broadcasting. On Feb. 16, a public recording session of the web radio show for Tamako Market was held at Cinemart Shinjuku. The web radio show, called “Tamako Market Mochi Mochi Radio” is broadcast on the HiBiKi Radio Station.
Participating in the public recording session were voice actors from the main cast, including Aya Suzaki, who voices Kitashirakawa Tamako, Yuki Kaneko, who voices Tokiwa Midori, and Juri Nagatsuma, who voices Makino Kanna. The web radio show has gained popularity among fans thanks to the efforts of these three. Also present at the public recording session, and making her first appearance on the web radio show, was Yurie Yamashita, who voices Asagiri Shiori. Even more than usual, the web radio show was overflowing with warmth this time around.
On a side note, the female voice actors who make up the main cast of Tamako Market are all relative newcomers to the voice acting world. Make sure to keep an eye on them as their careers develop!
