It has been announced that the first volume of the TV anime Kotoura-san will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on April 3, 2013. Both the limited and regular editions will come with a Graphig papercraft of Kotoura. Also, a plushie of Kotoura is now on sale at Animate and Gamers stores.
In other Kotoura news, a special collaboration project has begun between Kotoura-san and Megami Magazine. The May issue of Megami Magazine will include the best pin ups of characters from Kotoura-san in the style of Manabe’s wild, and outrageous imagination.
Also, the music video for the opening theme of Kotoura-san, “Sonna Koto Ura no Mata Urabanashi Desho?” by Megumi Nakajima, is now available to view on FlyingDog’s official YouTube channel. Over on the official channel for Kotoura-san, a spin-off series of short anime called “Haruka’s Room” is also available.
