Comic Market 83 was recently held in Japan. Hordes of cosplayers gathered at the event, including the famous cosplayer Enako, who wowed visitors along with her cosplay group “Panache!”. Before her appearance at Comic Market 83, Enako was a special guest at Myanmar’s biggest festival “Chiangmai Loy Krathong”. Cosplayers refer to the event as the festival that is elevating the country, and Enako’s invitation to the event was unprecedented.
In October of 2012, Enako was also invited to the big event “Japan Products Expo 2012” in Myanmar. Aside from her event appearances, she also performed on a TV show in Bangkok, where she was introduced as Japan’s charismatic cosplayer. After this, she attended a signing event at the Kinokuniya bookstore in Bangkok, as well as various other events that have kept her very busy.
Cosplay culture has been becoming deeply rooted in countries all over the world, and anime cosplay in particular has been gaining great popularity in recent times. Enako’s recent star power in the world of anime cosplay is testament to this. We can’t wait to see what she’ll do next!
