The new One Piece movie, One Piece Film Z was finally released on Dec. 15, 2012. In commemoration of the release of the movie, an exhibition called “One Piece Mini Museum” has opened at Decks Tokyo Beach in Odaiba.
Thirty-nine items from the series are on display that are sure to please all fans of One Piece. The exhibit includes character concept materials, an area where fans can take a picture with Luffy, and illusion art of the pirate ship Thousand Sunny. The exhibit also features One Piece merchandise for sale, such as character figures and stuffed toys. What’s more, the event also has a gachapon area where fans can win commemorative goods in a lottery. The event runs until Jan. 31, 2013.
Also taking place at Decks Tokyo Beach in Odaiba is an illumination event featuring Luffy and Chopper that has been gathering attention. The event, called “Illumination Island Odaiba 2012 One Piece Film Z”, is viewable from the seaside deck at the venue. If you are a One Piece fan, don’t miss it!
