The Japan Representative for Gunpla Builders World Cup 2012 Has Been Determined!

The Gundam Expo World Tour Japan 2012 was recently held for four days from November 22-25 at the UDX Akiba Square in Akihabara, Tokyo. At the event, the representative for Japan who will compete in this December’s Gunpla Builders World Cup 2012 was determined.

In light of this exciting news, let’s take a look at some award-winning Gundams.

1st place, junior course: Mei Hata (GOGG no Umi)
A great looking mass produced, amphibious Gundam from the Zeon army. Even though the builder is only nine years old, she has won the junior class two consecutive times!

1st place, open course: Katsuhiro Mukasa (Jupiterian)
This one looks so cool!

2nd place, open course: Tatsuhiko Yamaguchi (Chance Encounter)
The way the water looks is amazing!

3rd place, open course: Yoshihisa Tamiya (Test Flight)
An Action Zaku drifting in the fringes of space.

The Gunpla Builders World Cup 2012 finals will be held in Tokyo on December 23 at the Gundam Front Tokyo. Look forward to it!
