What should I do if my package is being returned to TOM by my postal service?

Unfortunately, as a general rule, we are unable to reship your package if it is returned to our warehouse. Once your package reaches us, we will reimburse your TOM account with TOM Points for the value of your order, at the time your order was placed.

Please note that value of any coupons used on your order will not be returned to you.

You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
