A Special Message from the Contest Judges

It's finally time for the results of Tokyo Otaku Mode's figure photo contest, held to support the "suki" (likes) of otaku around the world.

As this was the 10th contest, we decided to change things up a bit to commemorate that.
The biggest change was that we decided to have all the entries be submitted through a form to make things go smoother. Was that confusing?
We want to continue improving things so we can continue spreading the charms of figure photography throughout the world.

Thank you all for your many entries this year!
We're always shocked by the high level of quality of the entries we receive.
There are always new methods of expression. Creators who have become regulars to this competition often take different approaches to their work. All of these details make it a fun competition to judge, as we can see how things are slowly changing over time.

Please enjoy the winners along with the comments from the judges, but make sure to check out the entries that didn't win, too.
This is a contest so we do judge based on photography skills, but there are plenty of entries that are charming regardless of skills.
That is because of the power of love, leading the photographer to show off the character or figure's charms and the world of the series they love.
We're waiting for your entry packed with love.

Now, we plan to start accepting entries for the next contest in May 2025.
