Luigi is the younger, thinner, taller and greener, though less well-respected, brother of the hero of Nintendo’s Super Mario video games - Mario. Despite the fact that the games are about the Super Mario “brothers,” Luigi has often been eclipsed by his overachieving brother but has also headlined a few games of his own including Luigi’s Mansion in which he bravely fights off a whole load of super scary Boos all on his own armed only with the “Poltergust 3000” - a reconditioned vacuum cleaner designed to catch ghosts given to him by mad scientist Elvin Gadd. All Mario ever did was consistently end up at the wrong castle - Luigi’s the hero you need if you want to succeed!
