It's a scene of her changing in front of the mirror. Her bag and Manjuu sitting at her feet can be placed where you choose.
Her cool-looking outfit and characteristic blue hair are made with clear parts which give the figure a lovely translucency.
Also, this figure was built with care to express texture, so the mirror actually has a mirrored surface and the pedestal is decorated with fur.
