F:NEX has collaborated with POPPRO, a Chinese Vocaloid fan site, to bring us a Hatsune Miku figure celebrating the Chinese New Year! Sculpted at 9.8" in 1/7 scale, the figure recreates the key visual for 2023 by Xu Jiang, a popular illustrator on the site, and captures Miku looking like a heavenly maiden in a plum-colored Chinese dress and elegant stole that looks wonderful against her snow white skin. Plum blossoms, which symbolize winter, can be seen scattered here and there, creating a festive air. Even her hair features a plum blossom clip on her bangs and plum blossom hair ties on her signature twintails, which flow down her back and feature a beautiful gradation.

Her short dress shows off her long, slender legs and features a delicate plum blossom pattern on the front and a dainty cloud pattern on the collar, cuffs, and back. Her fluttering stole is made of translucent parts for a see-through effect, showing the “01” on her arm. Even the base she stands on has been carefully detailed with a tall stand on which sits a vase of plum blossoms. Beautiful from every angle, be sure to celebrate the arrival of spring with this special Miku figure!
