figma Solid Snake: MGS2 Ver. (Re-run)

This has to be my favorite figma. I agree with the other review, the face does look better in the pictures. The thing that really really bothers me and frankly I'm surprised no one has brought it up, the cigarette. I will say I didn't read the discription or what the figure actually came with but there's a picture in the gallery of him holding his cigarette and it's also on the figma box. I feel like figma should either send me my cigarette or not use the picture at all.

UPDATE! The day after my review TOM costumer service contacted me to try and solve my problem, they contacted figma on my behalf and found out Where the cigarets were. Thank you so much TOM!

This figure with the price you paid for. Great details and comes with many parts (hands, weapons and others), I have this one as a part of my legendary figures collection. Great figure!

Figma is really good at making detailed pose-able figures and this is no exception. I'm a big MGS fan so I had to own this figure. When I think of Solid Snake, the MGS2 look comes to mind, which is what this figure is based off of. This figure comes with a bunch of accessories too such as different weapons and facial expressions. A very fun figure to play around with. Definite recommend if you're a Metal Gear fan.

This guy puts the old McFarlane MGS2 Snake figure to shame, I have every snake, and this guy is awesome. I hope we see some more Figma MGS figures.

Review of figma Solid Snake: MGS2 Ver.

This is a very high quality item and it came in perfect condition. It is a 100% legit item too, not at all a bootleg. The parts are very detailed and finely crafted. The figurine is also very flexible which gives a wide variety of possible poses. It is a very accurate representation of the character Solid Snake. I also find it very useful to use as an art reference for when I need to draw characters with a gun or other items that come with this figurine.
I only have a couple gripes with this item. First of all, the lower torso is very loose and often slips down farther than I would like. Second, the legs come off very easily and are hard to put back on...Read more

My favorite game of all times is Metal Gear 2 and when I saw that figma was going to make a toy of sanke I was on shock, but when I recieved the toy I was a little unsatisfied with the details in its face, maybe I was expecting too much, but I feel like something is missing.
But dont get me wrong, this toy as all figma toys is perfect.

I was lucky as my beard was well painted which was the main complaint people had with this figure

This figma really adds a lot to my video game display. I like how you can adjust the direction of his gaze with the eye adjusting tool it comes with. I with more figmas had that feature.

Snake seemed a bit over priced at first. Unfortunately I bought him full price before his price drop sale X.X

Anyways, he was totally worth the money regardless of that because of his details!

He comes with two guns, a bunch of micro cigarettes and custom hands to hold them.
He has a cardboard box you need to glue together and it's hilarious
His torso and neck are special compared to most figmas as he has extra articulation for crawling and posing. Extreme motion movements.

What I really like about this figure is that it is the Solid Snake! Figma really captured Snake's likeness on this one, though my only gripe with is his face (as everyone else is also complaining about). It seems like his face is a bit plump and dark compared to the pictures, but I guess that is what they warned us about; final products differ from the base model. Another thing was that the particular one I got has a really stiff bandanna. I mean, I cannot move it at all. Some of the people I have talked to had this same issue.
