Yuuyu-P's popular Hatsune Miku song "Deep Sea Girl" has been listened to millions of times over on Nico Nico Douga. This breathtaking 1/8 scale figure from Good Smile Company and sculpted by Iwanaga Sakurako (Shokubutu Shojo-en) is based on an illustration drawn by Haruyo in commemoration of the song being selected as a part of the Million Saisei & Exit Tunes Presents Vocalodream album.
Measuring 6.3", Miku sits in a weightless-like pose on the bottom of the sea floor which is depicted through the glossy deep blue base decorated with realistically textured pink coral and green algae-topped rocks. Her twintails and ahoge are sculpted tousling with the water currents and are finished with expert shading for a gorgeous look. Her bright blue eyes and smile have also been cleanly painted. Also note the careful sculpting of her ruffled black dress.
