Even after 25 years, the Kirby series continues to be treasured by fans around the world. Inspired by the history of the series, we started this project to help fans bring back and share their fondest memories in a different format. Through the Kirby 25th Anniversary Pupupu Paper-Tape Music Box, fans can enjoy hearing the unforgettable songs they have always loved, as well as famous songs from each new release, played with the nostalgic sounds only producible by a music box. The music box itself and the accompanying music sheet cards are filled not only with wonderful stories from the series but also with love for Kirby.

The Kirby 25th Anniversary Pupupu Paper-Tape Music Box is a warm wooden product. The accompanying music sheet cards have characters from the series printed on them, so fans will have the chance to watch Kirby and friends make their way through different stages as they play music. Of course, as this is a Kirby item, the standard round holes in each music sheet card have been replaced with stars from the world of Kirby. We decided to go with a hand-turned music box to ensure that fans can make the stories progress with their very own hands. The product comes with music sheet cards for four songs: Green Greens (Kirby’s Dream Land), Rainbow Resort BGM (Kirby's Adventure), Gourmet Race (Kirby Super Star), Bouken no Hajimari (Kirby's Return to Dream Land), and the bonus Jingle, Kirby Dance (Kirby’s Adventure).

It has also created mieru record with OTOWA, a paper-tape music box manga that was a jury selection in the manga division of the 17th Japan Media Arts Festival held by Japan's Agency for Cultural Affairs.
