Synopsis
In Althea, a world of numbers, people are assigned a number at birth. That number corresponds to all kinds of things like the number of kilometers walked or the number of compliments people have paid to you for your cooking. Those with higher numbers have the right to tell those with lower numbers what to do. Also, if someone’s count drops to 0, that person is sucked into the Abyss. A girl named Hina was given a final request by her mother when her count dropped to 0. That request was to seek out the Red Baron.
Background
In December 2014, the manga Plunderer began serialization. It is written and illustrated by Suu Minazuki and continues serialization as of October 2019. An anime adaptation produced by Geek Toys was announced in February 2018. It will begin airing in January 2020. The show is directed by Hiroyuki Kanbe. Miku Ito will perform the anime's opening theme song "Plunderer," and Rina Honnizumi will perform the ending theme song "Countless Days."

Licht Bach (Voiced by: Yoshiki Nakajima (Japanese); Eric Vale (English))
The “Blitzkrieg Baron.” Licht has incredible superhuman abilities. He can move so fast that the naked eye can’t catch him. His weapon is an extremely long blade. His hair is white and he has the number -999 on his hand at the beginning of the series.
Hina (Voiced by: Rina Honnizumi (Japanese); Sarah Wiedenheft (English))
A kind girl with long light blue hair. She wears a black hat. Her mother told her to find the Red Baron. Hina’s number is on her inner thigh. It reads 441 at the beginning of the series. Hina also carries a ballot that reads 10,000.
Lynn May (Voiced by: Ari Ozawa (Japanese); Elizabeth Maxwell (English))
Lynn May is a sergeant that protects the town of Homuho. She has short black hair and a big bust. She is often ridiculed by Pele as being too chubby.
Pele Poporo (Voiced by: Aoi Ichikawa (Japanese); Austin Tindle (English))
Pele, like Lynn May, is part of the Althea Royal Guard. He wears a uniform and has light brown hair with a headband over it. Pele is shorter than Lynn May. His number is 120.
Jail Murdoch (Voiced by: Yuichiro Umehara (Japanese))
A squad leader of the Althea Royal Guard. He has short white hair and glasses.
Nana (Voiced by: Shizuka Ito (Japanese))
Licht’s friend at the start of the story who bosses him around and beats him up when he acts perverse. Her number is 77 and she runs a mobile tavern. She has short hair and a big bust.
