Originally planned as an in-person event, figure expo Wonder Festival 2021 Autumn will be held online on October 9!
The event will showcase around 300 booths, including both industry leaders and individual creators per tradition. Tickets are currently on sale for 1000 yen (tax included) via the official website.
Among the events on offer is a live show featuring the Yoshimoto Plamodel Club, a group of comedians who enjoy plastic models. Smartphone app Figure Story will also host a stall exhibiting not for sale figures of characters from the game.
The original event was scheduled to take place on September 20 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture. This would have marked Wonder Festival's return to the venue in over a year, following the cancellations of the 2020 fall and 2021 winter events.
Wonder Festival 2021 Autumn will take place online on October 9 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (JST). Tickets are available for 1000 yen until 4:00 pm on the day of the event. Find more info at the official website.
