Mecha anime film trilogy Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway's Flash has confirmed that its first film will now be released on June 11!
Originally scheduled to open last summer, the film was delayed in May for the third time due to the state of emergency declared in Tokyo and other areas of Japan.
Inspired by Yoshiyuki Tomino's novel series, the film trilogy follows a young man named Hathaway Noa, who leads a terrorist organization aiming to stop the abuses of the Earth Federation under the name of Mufti Nabiyy Erin.
The first film of the Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway's Flash trilogy opens at cinemas across Japan on June 11, 2021.
