Made in Abyss to Get Sequel Anime!

Popular anime Made in Abyss is getting a sequel!

Inspired by Tsukushi Akihito’s manga of the same name, the series follows a young girl named Riko and her robot friend Reg as they explore a mysterious hole in the ground known as the Abyss.

The first season of the TV anime aired in 2017 with compilation movies following in 2019. An original anime movie, Made in Abyss the Movie: Dawn of the Deep Soul, also opened on Jan. 17 this year.
