Hatsune Miku is set to take over Akihabara's AniON Station from Sept. 7 to Oct. 2 for a pop-up called the Hatsune Miku Music Cafe!
Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy over a thousand of Miku’s hugely popular titles through the cafe’s state of the art speakers as well as watch her music videos on large screens. Among these is a new track titled “Sensitive Summer / ZMLS feat. Hatsune Miku”, the theme song for Miku's cafe.
The cafe will also be serving up treats off a special collab menu inspired by Miku and her fellow Vocaloid stars. Food orders will come with a bonus acrylic stand (one of five designs selected at random) while most drinks will come with a free cork coaster (out of six available designs).
Illustrator Kisaragi Yu has also created a series of special event visuals featuring the Vocaloid characters looking fashionable in sportswear. These also appear on original merchandise on offer at the cafe, including pens, key chains, and pouches.
The Hatsune Miku Music Cafe will be open for business from Sept. 7 to Oct. 21. There will also be a special launch event held on Sept. 8 and 9, with a number of DJs and creators slated to participate as guests.
