Dragon Ball Voice Actress Tsuru Hiromi Passes Away

Voice actress Tsuru Hiromi, best known for her voicing Bulma in Dragon Ball, has passed away at the age of 57.

On Nov. 16, Tsuru was reportedly found unconscious in her car and was declared dead after being brought to a hospital. The cause of death is under investigation, with no signs of a car accident having occurred.

Besides her iconic 31-year role in Dragon Ball, the Aoni Production voice actress also voiced prominent roles in Ranma 1/2 (Kuonji Ukyo), Ghost Sweeper Mikami (Mikami Reiko), Soreike! Anpanman (Dokin-chan) and numerous other anime.
