1) Fleurs d'été
Located in Yoyogi Park, Fleurs d'été is a quiet gem best known for their fruit tarts with floral designs. Imagine enjoying sakura in the park with any of these beauties! ♥

2) apple & roses
Nagano prefecture is well-known for their apples, and apple & roses turns these apples into works of art that are practically too pretty to eat! (If you ever have the chance, though, DO eat them.)

3) Eitarou
Eitarou is a confectionery shop founded in the 1800s during the Meiji era located in Akita prefecture, and they have everything from cakes to soft-serve ice cream! Everything there is colorful, and there are a ton of unique flavors to choose from~

One of their most popular products, though, is their Sakura Jelly! This item is available from December through May and last year they sold more than 250,000!

This Tokyo shop uses seasonal edible flowers in their bavarois, and they’re absolutely magical!

Cotito is located in Tokyo too, and also uses edible flowers, but it’s most popular item is its cookies! Their focus is on using healthy ingredients, and their cookies are dairy-free.

6) Holländische Kakao-Stube
Holländische Kakao-Stube has several shops around Tokyo including Ginza and Shinjuku, and their menu has a number of German pastries! Their most popular product, though, is by far their baumkuchen.

8) Hibiya-Kadan
As the name implies, Hibiya-Kadan is located in Hibiya, and “Kadan” is Japanese for flower-bed, so as you might guess, their sweets happen to feature rose petal!! They happen to use a fresh and edible Japanese rose called “sahime.”

9) Message de Rose
Most of this list happens to feature pastries, but Message de Rose located in Akasaka is a little different - they craft beautiful rose-shaped chocolates! These may not wilt, but they’re so delicious that they’ll be gone sooner than any rose bouquet. And guess what? They’re available in six different flavors and in all sorts of colors~

10) Noake Tokyo
Noake is a confectionery shop, their Asakusa location happening to have a cute cafe space for visitors to enjoy! Their specialty is their “Bonbon Caramel Bouquet,” a bouquet of bonbons filled with fruit purees that have been caramelized! There’s a total of eight delicious flavors available.

11) FUKU+RE
This cake shop uses fresh vegetables from Kagoshima, as well as fruits and alcohol to create their delicious menu! They also have a few items that use flowers, though, so they’re a great place to visit to enjoy the season~

12) Ousama no Oyatsu
The goodies from this sweets shop are actually only available through their mail-order site, but they offer a ton of photogenic and delicious treats that are perfect for parties and presents! Among their most popular releases are their edible flower candies which are absolutely gorgeous.
