Beautiful. Stomach growling yet? Well, this item happens to be the specialty of Brigela, a popular brioche con gelato shop with locations all over Japan, and they’ll be opening their 8th shop in Mito Opa on Mar. 18!

They offer all sorts of flavors like vanilla, pistachio, yogurt and homemade jam, hazelnut, caramel nuts vanilla, coffee, milk, chocolate hazelnut, dark chocolate, and ramune, and they’re constantly switching out flavors and trying new seasonal ones. Each gelato flavor is fresh and great on its own, so even if you’re just in the mood for some out-of-this-world ice cream, Brigela has you covered.
