TMS Entertainment and Q-Lia, the companies behind the newest Bananya anime, has recently released more exciting information, including a new key visual and updated broadcasting information!
But the most exciting part might be the introduction of Tora-Bananya, who will be voiced by popular voice actor Ayumu Murase.

The anime will begin airing on July 4. Each episode will be around 5 minutes long.
Television Saitama: Every Monday starting July 4 at 8:55 pm
Sun Television: Every Saturday starting July 9 at 2:55 pm

The announcement of the orange and striped Tora-Bananya also came with the announcement that Ayumu Murase will be the voice behind the cat! While not much is known about Tora, it is said that, while a friend of Bananya's, he is extremely competitive and is absolutely a sore-loser.

Bananya is just about the cutest (if not weirdest) kitty cat you’ve ever seen...and on top of that, he lives inside a banana! How, you ask? Well technically, no one has ever seen the part of him that’s hidden by the rest of the banana peel, so who knows? We do know that when there’s no one around, he’ll secretly have fun and even play mischievous pranks! He loves fun in general, sweet and yummy pastries, and his dream is to one day become the ultimate fashionable chocolate banana.
