Jolly Roger Inc., a company specializing in video making, art talent management, and event planning/holding, is organizing a cosplay photoshoot event titled Cosplayers’ Festa on May 22 (Sun.), for which they reserved a gymnasium in Akihabara.
**Event Details**
Cosplayers’ Festa is a cosplay photoshooting event that rents out and divides the court of a gymnasium in Akihabara into volleyball and basketball. Arts Chiyoda Gymnasium, where the event is being held, was also used for Haikyu!! events in the past, so it’s the perfect place for cosplaying sports and slice of life anime characters. If you’re a cosplayer dabbling in these genres and happen to be in the vicinity, it’s definitely worth checking out! You can also rent balls for sports cosplay, so if that’s the only thing you need for a complete costume, don’t let it stop you!
This event is also a great opportunity for cosplayers who have trouble finding the perfect photo spot. They are also expecting visitors from more distant regions! Akihabara is easy to access, so why not ask a few friends and take a look if you happen to be around?
