From Dec. 16-22 at the Alps Plaza inside Shinjuku Station in Tokyo, a huge advertising campaign took place for the Kyoto Animation anime Free! which picked up huge attention this past summer.
The campaign was put on to celebrate the Dec. 18 release of the first CD in the character song duet series for the anime, Vol. 1 Haruka Nanase (CV: Nobunaga Shimazaki) & Makoto Tachibana (CV: Tatsuhisa Suzuki). Twelve advertisements featuring popular characters from the anime filled up the Alps Plaza and caught the eye of many passersby.
Though release dates are still unknown, forthcoming CDs in the series include a version with Nagisa Hazuki and Rei Ryūgazaki, a version with Rin Matsuoka and Rei Ryūgazaki, and a version with Haruka Nanase and Rin Matsuoka. Fans won’t want to miss these!
