Director and Cast to Participate in “Anohana” Large-Scale Project

Tickets are already on sale for Anohana the Movie, which will open in 64 theaters across Japan on Aug. 31. Also, the start of the accompanying large-scale audience-participation project called “Anohana Sakasou Project” was revealed.

Various plans including a super special present campaign on the official website and Facebook and more are part of the event. Director Tatsuyuki Nagai and Ai Kayano, the voice star for Menma, will be participating in the project.

Right now, via “Menma’s Flower Raising Course” on the official site, fans can hear Menma instruct on how to care for the seed they receive for buying an advance ticket. As part of the project, thousands of fans will bring their grown flowers to theaters.

Other staff and cast are planned to participate, and this project is sure to become something irresistible to Anohana fans. Be on the lookout for more events related to this movie.
