Since the start of its TV broadcast last month, Valvrave the Liberator has become hotly talked about due to being a completely original sci-fi robot anime. Nearing two months since its broadcast began, the story is becoming increasingly intense.
It was recently announced that a large event for the anime will be held on Sept. 29 at Pacifico Yokohama. With appearances by the main cast and a performance by the artists who sings the theme songs, this event is shaping up to be a special day for fans.
The first season of the anime is airing until June, at which time the work will take a short hiatus and return in October with the second season. The event to be held on Sept. 29 will come right before the second season begins. Look forward to more information on the second season soon.
Beginning with Ryota Osaka who plays Haruto, other voice stars scheduled to make appearances at the event include Ryohei Kimura, Haruka Tomatsu, Yuki Ono, Ai Kayano, Yuichi Nakamura, Minako Kotobuki, Daisuke Namikawa, Aoi Yuki, Jun Fukuyama, Daisuke Ono, and Nana Mizuki. Nana, who was in charge of the anime’s theme song “Preserved Roses” along with T.M.Revolution, will also be performing at the event. Other performers scheduled include Angela and Elisa.
The event will begin at 6 p.m. on Sept. 29. Tickets to the event will cost 6,666 yen (tax included). It was announced that advance tickets are being sold through applications included in the limited editions of the anime’s first and second volume Blu-ray and DVD. At the same time this was announced, the jacket and box designs for the first volume Blu-ray and DVD were released.
