“Sanrio Character Ranking 2013” is currently underway. The popular character general election features Hello Kitty and other characters from the familiar company, Sanrio. Voting began on May 10. The first official guide book for the ranking can now be purchased and an original mini bag featuring a printed array of popular characters is included.
