Take notice of the June and July issues of Monthly Comic Alive and Dengeki Hobby Magazine! This September, 1:8 scale figures of Hasegawa Kobato from I Have Few Friends NEXT and Shiina Mashiro from The Pet Girl of Sakurasou will be sold in anime shops, hobby shops, and online shops Japan-wide. Prior to that, limited edition color variant figures will be sold by the aforementioned magazines online and through mail orders.
Hasegawa Kobato is in a pose holding up the plush toy she usually cuddles with. As opposed to the regular edition where her clothes are black, the color of her clothes was changed to pink and white for the limited edition to further emphasize Kobato’s cuteness. The limited edition 1:8 scale figure of Kobato will be available for purchase in the June and July issues of Monthly Comic Alive. Orders will be accepted until June 22.
Shiina Mashiro’s pose and clothing highlights that she is a character who cannot even dress herself. It is also cute that she is sitting on a baumkuchen-shaped pillow modeled after the cookie she loves. In the “Dengeki Special Version,” besides her clothes being permeated, the colors of the pedestal and cat are also different. The “Dengeki Special Version” figure of Mashiro will be available for purchase in the June and July issues of Dengeki Hobby Magazine. Orders will be accepted until June 4.
Media Factory, the company selling these goods, is planning to make a high-quality figure series of 1:8 scale figures that draw out the characters’ charms to their limits. This series will feature Kashiwazaki Sena and Mikazuki Yozora from I Have Few Friends NEXT, among others.
