“Love, Elections & Chocolate” Rubber Straps to Release in May

Love, Elections & Chocolate is an adult romance visual novel that first released for the PC on Oct. 29, 2010 and later released for the PSP. An anime adaptation was also made. The popular comedic story is about a member of the Food Research Club who decides to run for student council president to keep the club together. However, before long discovers a conspiracy within the school.

The Love, Elections & Chocolate rubber straps are part of the Petanko goods series from Penguin Parade, a famous company in Japan. Currently, pre-orders are being accepted at Animate, Gamers, and other similar stores throughout Japan as well as on Amazon, AmiAmi, and other similar online sites. Fans who purchase a box set at Animate will get a mini clear file featuring five of the cute girls from the work illustrated in a charming chibi style.

Of the ten total straps, one is a secret, but an image of its silhouette has been revealed and has many fans theorizing which character it is. The straps are approximately 60 mm in size.

The straps will come with pine thread and lobster claw clasp attachments that can be interchanged, allowing them to be attached to both zippers, phones, and more. Each strap will cost 578 yen and a box set will cost 5,780 yen (tax included). Fans can look forward to collecting the stamps this May.
