Mewtwo’s New Form to Appear in “Pokémon X” and “Pokémon Y”!

On April 7, the latest news for the Pokémon X and Pokémon Y games releasing this October worldwide was announced during a broadcast of the TV Tokyo series Pokémon Smash. The announcement revealed a Pokémon with a striking resemblance to Mewtwo.

Since the reveal, fans have been theorizing its relation to Mewtwo, and with the latest Pokémon film ExtremeSpeed Genesect: Mewtwo's Awakening, it was confirmed to be a new form of Mewtwo. Images of this new form have also been released on the internet.

The legendary Pokémon Mewtwo first appeared in the original games Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue and is still considered the strongest Pokémon of Pokémon White 2 and Pokémon Black 2, let alone of all Pokémon. Since the new form will be available in Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, October can’t come any sooner for Pokémon trainers!
