Main Robot from New Anime “Valvrave the Liberator” Becomes a Plastic Kit

Bandai will release the plastic kit “1/144 Valvrave” on April 27 for 2,520 yen (tax included).

Valvrave the Liberator is a new mecha anime that was first aired on MBS’ Anime-ism earlier this month. Valvrave is a miraculous weapon that is said to have the power to change the military balance of the world. It consists of the “Rave” engine and a giant endoskeleton called the “Primate Frame.” Now, Valvrave can be assembled from a plastic kit.

The sensors on the head and the back called “Senses Nerve” are all made of clear parts to distinguish them from the armor. The effect parts such as the energy release at the arms or the propulsion at the heels are also reproduced, meaning that many scenes from the anime can be portrayed. Using the included stand, Valvrave can be displayed in a flying position as well. The kit also comes with various weapons like the “G Edge” sword, “Strike Brace” claws, and the “Sickle,” as well as all kinds of hand parts to make more poses possible.
