Hatsune Miku Cafe to Open for a Limited Time in Roppongi Hills!

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Mori Art Museum in Roppongi Hills. In commemoration, an exhibit titled “Love Exhibit: The Shape of Love Seen in Art” will be held from April 26 to Sept. 1. At the exhibit, a special cafe called Hatsune Miku Cafe will open for a limited time from April 26 to June 16. While enjoying a spectacular view from the cafe, patrons can also enjoy a special menu.

In 2003, to commemorate the opening of the Mori Art Museum, an exhibit themed around happiness called “Happiness: The Keys to Happiness Seen in Art” was held. Ten years later, the theme has changed from happiness to love. “Love Exhibit: The Shape of Love Seen in Art” is organized into five sections all dealing with a different aspect of love: “What is Love?,” “Two People in Love,” “When Love is Lost,” “Family and Love,” and “Widening Love.” The exhibit features roughly 200 works spanning various genres, including paintings by masters Marc Chagall and René Magritte, works by Yayoi Kusama, sculptures by Auguste Rodin, and photography by Nobuyoshi Araki. Of course, there will also be works featuring Hatsune Miku.

Look forward to seeing how the theme of love will be portrayed using Miku.
