This year marks the 25th anniversary of the well known Capcom game series Mega Man (known in Japan as Rockman). In celebration, Digicraft announced the “Mega Man Ultrabook Commercialization Project.” Now, an originally designed Mega Man laptop is being created.
The laptop’s specs and price have yet to be announced. The project’s exclusive site gathered information about fans’ requests via three surveys. The first questionnaire asked fans about the laptop cover’s design, and the second asked about special goods they would like to have included. The candidates for the design and special goods have already been announced. The third questionnaire was given out between March 12 and 18.
Mega Man fans can pre-order the laptop until the end of May, and it will begin being shipped at the end of July. It will be interesting to see the impact fans had on the final Mega Man Ultrabook design.
