New Info Released on Broadcast for “Arata: The Legend”

Details regarding the broadcast for the anime Arata: The Legend has been divulged. The broadcast will begin on April 8 at 2:05 a.m. on TV Tokyo.

Arata: The Legend began as a manga by Yuu Watase that has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday since 2008. Watase is a popular manga artist whose other works include Fushigi Yugi, Ceres, Celestial Legend, and Absolute Boyfriend. Arata: The Legend is her third work to receive an anime adaptation.

On March 23, an advance screening event of the first episode of the anime was held. The event also included a cast discussion. On March 31, as part of the big anime event Anime Contents Expo 2013, a stage event featuring the anime’s staff and cast will be held.
