High school student Kyosuke Shikijo was born from an S queen and an M detective, making him a hybrid of righteousness and perversion. Normally, humans are only able to use 30 percent of their latent abilities, but when Kyosuke wears panties on his face, he is able to use all 100 percent.
Kyosuke laments that he’s not a pervert, but when his love interest Aiko Himeno is in trouble, he dons a pair of panties and becomes Hentai Kamen in order to save her and restore justice. Will this unorthodox hero be able to save the day and the girl?
