Eevee’s Eighth Evolution, Sylveon, Is the Newest Pokémon Announced for “Pokémon X” and “Pokémon Y”!

Pokémon X and Pokémon Y are planned to release simultaneously worldwide this October. Now, the latest information and screenshots have been released on one of the newest Pokémon for the games. Meet Sylveon, the eighth evolution for the popular Pokémon, Eevee!

Eevee first appeared in the original games Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue. Since then, Eevee has obtained seven different evolutions. Now, Sylveon is the eighth! Currently, Sylveon’s type and ability is still unknown. All that is known is Sylveon’s appearance and that it is one meter tall and weighs about 23.5 kg. Check out the latest screenshots on this adorable and mysterious new Pokémon!
