Last time, the world changed again, and in this world, Ikki is Heroine’s boyfriend. Once Ikki leaves after walking Heroine home, she is suddenly confronted by the girls who teased her in Episode 1. It seems like they are fans of Ikki.
The girls confront Heroine about her dates with Ikki and the closeness of their relationship. However, Heroine is too preoccupied with why the world keeps suddenly changing.
Later, Orion appears before Heroine. The joy of their reunion is short-lived. Orion doesn’t have much time to talk and cannot fully explain to Heroine the reason causing her present circumstances. He is only able to give her one vital piece of information before disappearing again.
Soon after, she receives a facetious text message and mutters to herself lamentingly, “I really don’t know anything...” Perhaps there are many viewers who feel the same way.
When she goes to her part time job the next day, she finds that her manager’s personality has changed. Before starting her shift, she hears of Ikki’s lie from Sawa, and she begins to distrust Ikki. However, after work she overhears Ikki and Kent talking about Heroine and how dear she is to Ikki.
After Heroine falls and hits her head, she awakes in Ikki’s apartment, bewildered at what she heard. The episode ends with Ikki firmly suggesting that she stay the night.
It seems that the small mysteries within each episode and the overarching mystery of the series are all skillfully intertwined. What kind of mystery will be revealed next? Look forward to finding out next time.
