Mikoto from “A Certain Scientific Railgun” is Coming to Your Room in a Bikini!?

A new figure of the main character of A Certain Scientific Railgun, Misaka Mikoto, will go on sale from Kotobukiya this June. The “Misaka Mikoto 1/7 Scale Figure (235 mm) Beach Side Ver.” figure will cost 7,980 yen (tax included).

Mikoto ditches her usual uniform for a cute and colorful polka dot swimsuit. The figure is based on an illustration from the first limited edition of the Volume 5 Blu-ray and DVD of the anime. The frilly swimsuit really suits Mikoto’s slender figure! The base has a realistic appearance to complement the beach theme, with Mikoto playfully kicking up a spray of water. This is the perfect item to cool you down during the hot summer.

Pre-orders have already begun on Kotobukiya Direct, and the finished product will begin shipping in June. Definitely check it out.
