Do you know the 2010 PS3 game Hyperdimension Neptunia? The game is based on the current video game console wars and personifies the game consoles as beautiful girls. Due to its innovative premise, the game has picked up a huge backing and become quite popular. With the game’s expansion in 2011’s Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 and 2012’s Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory, sales for the series have been growing and its fanbase keeps increase year after year.
It has already been announced that the series was transitioning to anime, however, it has now been confirmed that the anime will begin this summer. Also, the official site for the anime is open, along with the official Twitter page. For those who are interested, make sure to check out the site.
Concrete information regarding the anime’s staff has yet to be announced. However, it has been confirmed that the anime will be produced by David Production. Past works by this company include Inu x Boku SS and Ben-To. The currently-airing JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is another example of this famous company’s work. The new anime was promoted at the recent Comic Market 83, and there is no doubt that it is going to be huge. This summer just keeps getting better and better!
