Kumi Koda, Mika Ninagawa, and Moyoko Anno Collaborate!

It has been announced that the original music video “Pink Spider inspired by Buffalo Gonin Musume” will be available exclusively on UULA, an entertainment distribution service for smartphones that will began operation this winter.

“Pink Spider inspired by Buffalo Gonin Musume” is a cover song of “Pink Spider” (hide with Spread Beaver/released in 1998) arranged by musician Koda Kumi. The cover of the still popular song was arranged with a “Kumi feel”. The song features a motif based on the world of popular manga artist Moyoko Anno’s unfinished manga Buffalo Gonin Musume (published in 2002). Furthermore, the music video for the song was worked on by photographer and director Mika Ninagawa.
