This winter, keep warm with new Hatsune Miku songs!
The Christmas-themed Hatsune Miku CD “Snow Song Show” was released on Dec. 18, 2012. The compilation CD is a collaboration of various popular Vocaloid artists, including songwriters and composers, and contains eight songs.
“Snow Song Show” tells the story of a Christmas night in the near future where everyone has forgotten about Christmas and how Miku delivers to everyone the gift of song. The heart-warming songs that are collected on this CD are perfect for the cold winter. Many Vocaloid artists participated on this CD, including sasakure.UK and DECO*27, who created the title song “Snow Song Show”. The CD’s tracklist also includes “Ashiato Yottsu” by kous and Siinamoto (Powa Powa P), “Amefuru Uchuu” by yuxuki waga and whoo, and “Brinicle” by MoyoyoMiyazawa and QururuMurakami, among others.
Akka, an illustrator in the world of games and manga, was appointed to create the artwork for the CD. Using the world of “Snow Song Show” as the motif, Akka created three designs of Miku that really up her cuteness. Due to Akka’s designs, fans will be able to enjoy not only the music, but also the illustrations.
Also included with the CD is a Hatsune Miku rubber strap and clear file. The CD is on sale at Family Mart stores, famima.com, animate.co.jp, and other online sites for 1,800 yen (tax included).
