The snacks I purchased were expired when they arrived.
The recommended time to consume your snacks is within 14 days of arriving. If your snacks arrive already expired, please contact us within 7 days of your snacks being marked “delivered” by your delivery personnel so that we may assist you. We cannot guarantee assistance with replacements or refunds if we are contacted after this period.
Note: If your registered address is not deliverable and we are required to contact you to correct your address, please reply to us within 7 days of our initial message, or we will not be able to guarantee that your snacks will arrive ahead of its expiration date.
