What is ECMS?

ECMS is a shipping method that uses a network of delivery couriers to deliver your package to you. Packages are picked up in Japan by ECMS and then routed to a local courier once it gets closer to your address. The final leg carrier may change from shipment to shipment, depending on how your package is routed.

ECMS is currently available for the following in-stock and special order items at our Japan warehouse: figures, plushies, model kits, books, CDs, Blu-rays, vinyl records, calendars, clear files, shikishi, acrylic keychains, acrylic stands, and acrylic panels. We plan to continue making it available for more product categories over time.

ECMS is currently only available for US customers at this time, and may not be available for certain shipments that exceed size or value limitations.
