My Surface Parcel shipment looks like it's stuck on "Dispatch from outward office of exchange". Is it ok?
For shipments using Surface Parcel as the shipping method, after your shipment has been marked as “dispatched” by Japan Post, it is normal to not see updates for roughly 2 months as your shipment will be traveling over the ocean, and no updates are available during this part of the shipment.
Surface Parcel tracking numbers also usually start with the letters "CN". You can double check which shipping method you picked in your Order Confirmation email, and in Your Orders.
