Why can't I change the shipping method for my pre-order from Japan?

Due to complications with tariffs and duty calculations, we currently do not allow changing the shipping method on shipment groups that contain pre-order items.

If you would like to change the shipping method on your shipment group on a current pre-order we ask that you please wait until your item(s) have been released and stocked, when your shipment group will become eligible for a shipping method change.
