Can I change the shipping method for an order that has not yet shipped?
In some cases, such as when the shipping method for your shipment has been suspended, shipment groups containing in-stock items from our Japan warehouse can have their shipping method changed if they have yet to be prepared for shipment.
In order to change the shipping method for an eligible shipment, navigate to Your Orders page and use the "pending orders" filter to find shipments that are suspended. Clicking on "Change Shipping Method" on an eligible group will allow you to review available shipping methods and their costs.
This button may not appear for certain types of items or for particular addresses. Please contact us for assistance if you need help changing your shipping method.
Pre-order items cannot have their shipping method changed. Please wait for a pre-order to be released before trying to change your shipping method. The "Change Shipping Method" button will appear on your shipment once your pre-order is stocked.
At this time, shipments from our US warehouse cannot have their shipping method changed after an order has been placed.
