Can I change the shipping method for an order that has not yet shipped?

In some cases, orders containing in-stock items from our Japan warehouse can have their shipping method changed if they have yet to be prepared for shipment. Please note that any differences in shipping fees as well as customs and tariffs will need to be paid before your shipping method can be changed. Please contact us to find out what your options are.

At this time, shipments from our US warehouse cannot have their shipping method changed after an order has been placed.
